My husband and Jim want me to relinquish my office so Jim can have his own recovery space. They suggest I work from the living room or kitchen for “just a few months.”
But my office isn’t just a room; it’s my work sanctuary, equipped with everything I need for my job. Shifting my workspace to a common area would seriously hamper my productivity and focus. I proposed that Jim use the guest room, but my husband argued that it should remain available for other visitors.
